Followed by audience discussion and Q&A.

This event is part of HAI’s ongoing housing campaign, which focuses on three key areas with real potential for growth and development:

• Empty Homes – unlocking up to 30,000 homes through targeted grants and supports
• Above the Shop Living – unlocking a further 30,000 housing units through grants and sensible regulatory reform
• Rural Family Homes – enabling an additional 5,000 rural family homes annually through planning and regulatory changes

Together, these initiatives can play a major role in increasing housing supply, revitalising communities and supporting sustainable regional development.
