Member Testimonials

What our Members think…

‘I just want to say thank you for passing your insurance broker details. Our Sales reps car insurance premiums increased greatly this year, mainly because one of the cars moved to Dublin, coupled with ‘industry conditions’. We contacted your broker and we saved €1500 over two cars. Dealing with your broker was a lot easier than dealing with our previous provider. This saving has already more than paid for the HAI membership.’

John Mackin, Business Manager, Timco

‘With 35 retail outlets spread geographically across eight counties and three provinces, we find the breakdown of regions very useful in the business index report. To be the best, you need to compare yourself to the industry and the monthly benchmarks help us decipher the areas we are over- or under-performing in versus the industry. The fact it is completely anonymous gives us the confidence to be totally open with the figures we provide.’

Stephen Blewitt, Agribusiness Head of Supply Chain, Aurivo

‘I enjoyed the course, it was good to meet other people in the same industry and see how they deal with similar issues that Credit Controllers come across each day. Declan shared a lot of his experiences and gave us examples of situations that he has come across over the years. I would recommend the course to any person who is dealing with Credit on a daily or weekly basis.’

Amanda Gallen, Credit Controller, McCarthy’s Hardware, Naas

‘Many thanks for giving me the opportunity to attend this course. I found the course excellent, learned a lot from both Declan Flood and other attendees. I will follow the link and, if I have any queries, I will be in touch.’

Margie McSweeney, Murphy & O’Connor, Bantry

‘I found the slant on creating clever and interesting content to engage with your customers highly valuable.’

Cathy Orr, Group Marketing Co-ordinator, HPC Group
