Mini-Workshop – Optimising your website and blog for search engines and humans

HAI has collaborated with Digital Marketing and Social Media expert, Greg Fry, to introduce a series of mini Zoom-based workshops for the hardware sector covering key topics in the digital marketing world.

In this workshop, Greg will give hardware business owners and marketing managers the tips and strategies to get your website seen online, covering Search Engine Optimisation, User Experience (UX) and tools like Google My Business.

  • What is UX and does your website offer a good user experience on desktop and mobile
  • What is Google My Business and how can your use it effectively
  • Optimising your website with the right keywords and phrases.
  • How to structure and write blog content that both Google and Customers will love.
  • How to keep your website relevant and fresh

Methodology

Greg uses a collection of industry examples, theory and in class practice groups to test out the latest technologies and tools available online and mobile, giving attendees a truly interactive valuable experience.

About the trainer

Greg Fry is an International Social Media trainer who delivers LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, Digital Video and Social Business Strategy training and workshops for institutions such as the Digital Marketing Institute, Sure Skills and the Digital Skills Academy.

He has worked with top multinationals including Ulster Bank, Vodafone, Microsoft, Symantec, Virgin Media, Abbott Labs and Coca Cola Hellenic.
