HAI is pleased to collaborate once again with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) to deliver a morning briefing on the Nearly Zero Energy Building (nZEB) standards and its impact on the latest building regulations. The nZEB standard will apply to all new buildings occupied after the 31st December 2020, and for Public Sector bodies the standard was put into effect for all new buildings owned and occupied by the 31st December 2018. Now is the time for Builders Merchants to get up to date on those standards and to keep informed of the opportunities available to them.

The session will begin with an introduction by Susan Andrews, Home Energy Grants Expert at SEAI, followed by the morning’s briefing which will be delivered by Orla Coyle, Programme Manager for Near Zero Energy Buildings & High Performance Retrofit at SEAI. Full itinerary is listed below:
