The last 18 months have had a major impact on employers and their ability to attract and retain staff. To support HAI members trying to navigate this challenge our next upcoming webinar will give them practical advice and tips to secure and keep high-quality staff in their stores and businesses.

Join us on Zoom on Tuesday the 30th of November for Human Resources specialist Fredericka Sheppard’s masterclass in all the key challenges affecting employers and HR managers at the moment. She will provide attendees with a practical checklist that employers can put in place straight away to improve their recruitment drives.

It is one of the most confronting challenges facing the sector, and it is one that we can improve on. The board of HAI have tasked the Member Services Subcommittee with bringing forward ideas and a strategy to help the sector to recruit and retain staff. The webinar will be the first step of this strategy.”

About the Expert:

Fredericka Sheppard is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with the IMCA.  She is currently a member of the Executive Council of the SFA and a Board Member of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisers.

Fredericka set up Voltedge Management in 2011 with her business partner Joyce Rigby-Jones and now provides HR Consultancy Services to organisations of varying size across Ireland and internationally. Their client base extends from very small (2+ employees) to much larger businesses, and frequently provide project support to HR departments and senior management teams of larger organisations on areas such as Change Management, Organisation Design and Development of People Strategy projects
