This month the HAI team met with Minister of State John Paul Phelan and Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation Heather Humphreys to discuss wealth-generating opportunities for the hardware and building materials industry.
Key topics discussed included how to continue to encourage retrofitting of Irish homes and to stimulate the construction and building materials sectors through programmes like the Home Renovation Incentive Scheme and the promotion of available grants.
We look forward to continuing this dialogue with both members and Government representatives as we continue to work to improve the business performance of both our members and the industry at large.
