Powered by QedON educational technology, the new and improved elearning platform comprises a catalogue of highly interactive modules for hardware retailers, builders merchants and associated businesses in the sector. This will include Health & Safety, Sales and Digital Marketing, along with a suite of Product Knowledge modules from Fleetwood Paints, Niko Bathrooms (UEL) plus more to come.
eCourses include Management Skills (such at Delegation Skills, Conflict Management, Introduction to Employment Law), Accredited Retail & Business Courses (such as Retail Selling Skills and PR 101) and Health & Safety courses covering Health & Safety and Manual Handling, all accessible 24/7 and via a highly interactive platform that’s adaptable to all devices.
