Save the Date: The Hardware Conference 2025 – 3rd April

Hardware Association Ireland (HAI) is delighted to announce that The Hardware Conference, its biennial networking event for the hardware and building materials sector, is coming to The Heritage Hotel on April 3rd 2025.

This year’s Conference will focus on the future of physical hardware retail and builders merchanting stores, and how to maximise their place in society and communities. Key highlights will include how retailers and merchants can support homeowners, builders and tradespeople, finding the balance with ecommerce, and optimising instore strategy.

Following the 2023 event, which was attended by nearly 200 key decision-makers across the hardware and building materials sector, who enjoyed a wide array of keynote presentations and break-out sessions, HAI is looking forward to welcoming back all to The Heritage Hotel on April 3rd for what promises to be a great day of networking and the sharing of compelling insights from industry thought-leaders.

We have an exciting line-up of presenters – including experts in hardware retail in the USA, Europe and the UK, who will make the case for the importance of physical retail in communities and society, delivering keynote addresses to attendees on how they can optimise their instore activity and continue to move forward, a look at how hardware retailers and builders merchants are essential to the movement of home renovation and retrofitting for both tradespeople and homeowner, plus a Digital Marketing expert who will provide attendees with a masterclass on how to take their store promotion to the next level.

The Conference will also host interactive break-out sessions, delivered by HAI Corporate Partners, who will deliver solutions to key challenges impacting the hardware and building materials sector, such as Recruitment & Retention.
