Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Procedure
You can book and pay for places on Study Tours using the following methods:
- Online with Credit Card at www.hardwareassociation.ie
- Contact us in our office on 01 298 0969 or by email.
We can also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer.
2. Confirmation of your Booking
Once we have processed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with an invoice/receipt of payment. Your place on the Study Tour is guaranteed once payment has been received.
We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received prior to the course start date.
3. Fees Include
For the Construction Trade Mission to the UK the €100 non-refundable deposit confirms your place on the tour. The British Embassy will arrange all travel, meals and accommodation and will cover the relevant costs.
4. Cancellation Policy
The €100 deposit for the Construction Trade Mission to the UK is non-refundable.
We appreciate that the late cancellation from study tours are unavoidable, however due to the nature of the arrangements, however we ask that any cancellations requests be made ASAP.
All cancellation requests should be made to HAI by phoning 01 298 0969.
5. Refund Policy
The €100 deposit for the Construction Trade Mission to the UK is non-refundable.
6. Variation to the Course Programme
It may become necessary for HAI and/or the Study Tour organisers to make alternations to the schedule, travel itinerary, accommodation, or dates compared to the advertised programme. Participants will be notified of this if this occurs.
