Caoilfhionn Ni Chuanachain (Partner, Dispute Resolution) and Rachel Solanki (Associate, Dispute Resolution) will highlight a number of key legal issues to take account of when running your business, including good credit control processes, how to deal with debt recovery issues and key points in commercial leases

SAGA – The Four Stages of Sales Communications for Hardware Retailers and Builders Merchants
Sales trainer and advisor, Terry Harmer, will present this 30 minute webinar to take sales assistants and managers through the four stages of sales communications in the Covid world.
It will cover the entire process from how to Start the process with opening statements, to Asking the right questions, to Giving the right information, and Asking for the final sale.
