Join Premio and their colleagues at Dargan Tools for an overview of their B2B eCommerce services in action!

Brian O’Driscoll (Managing Director) will start the webinar with an introduction to Premio, outlining the company, its focus, and how its B2B eCommerce platform can support wholesalers and distributors, including HAI members.

Chris O’Donoghue (Key Account Manager, Dargan Tools Ltd) will then introduce Dargan Tools and share his experience with the platform.

Brian will guide a discussion on the Premio–Dargan Tools partnership, asking questions to highlight how the collaboration is supporting Dargan Tools and their customers. Chris will explain how the platform is being used in practice and the benefits it brings to both their day-to-day operations and to their customers.

Rich Reddy, Head of Technology at Premio will be on hand to answer any Technical Questions.

Brian O’Driscoll, Managing Director, Premio B2B eCommerce
Brian O’Driscoll has over 30 years of experience working with family-owned SMEs, specialising in finance, succession planning, and process improvement. In 2020, alongside Premier Stationery, he co-acquired Premio eCommerce and has since built the team to deliver a B2B eCommerce platform tailored for Irish wholesalers and distributors. He is passionate about helping SME clients streamline operations and grow their businesses.

 

Rich Reddy, Head of Technology, Product Development & Export Strategist, Premio B2B eCommerce

Rich Reddy is a seasoned .NET Developer and Project Manager with deep expertise in B2B eCommerce and enterprise integrations for over 20years. Over his career, he has delivered digital solutions for global brands including Hertz, Ryanair and Avon Cosmetics. With hands-on expertise across the Microsoft stack and eCommerce platforms, he helps businesses transform and grow. Rich is known for bridging technical complexity and stakeholder alignment, ensuring projects meet both engineering and business goals.

 

Chris O’Donoghue, Key Account Manager, Dargan Tools Ltd
Chris O’Donoghue has been part of the Dargan Tools team since 2007. He began by merchandising and installing displays across Ireland, later moving into sales in Munster and Leinster. He is now Key Account Manager, supporting some of Ireland’s largest hardware and construction retailers and helping stores succeed with practical trade-focused solutions.
