HAI’s aim is to raise overall standards within the sector by providing cost-competitive and time-effective access to relevant, high quality training courses and learning material. All our trainers are familiar with the industry and tailor their material to be sector-specific. We do this through:

• Classroom Training – Developing high quality, cost-effective training courses from entry-level to senior management staff.
• HAI Certificate in Hardware Retail & Merchanting – Our 9-month long training and development programme, designed to equip employees in hardware retail/merchanting with the skills, product knowledge and confidence to flourish and grow in their role.
