HAI launches new Hardware Jobs website

This month Hardware Association Ireland (HAI) has launched a new hardware industry-specific job-board website to give hardware retailers, merchants and suppliers the platform they need to reach out to ideal candidates for their roles.  The first of its kind in the Irish Hardware industry, www.hardwarejobs.ie is designed to connect hardware industry employers with professionals experienced in the sector and those that have an active interest in the sector.

Jobseekers frequenting niche job boards are more likely to be looking for a position that match their skill set and experience. This means that by advertising your job vacancy with HAI, whether it’s a sales assistant in your retail store or trade counter, a department manager or national sales rep, you can find the right candidate, and the right candidate can find you.

“We’re excited to offer this new service to both our members and to those progressing their careers in the hardware industry. As the sector continues to grow and develop, it’s important that employers and candidates have an avenue to connect with each other and find the right match.” said Aoife Kinsella, Business Development and Marketing Manager, HAI.

As part of the launch HAI is reaching out to its members to advertise their job vacancies through the website. This service is available to HAI member retailers, merchants, suppliers and manufacturers who have open job vacancies, or who want to showcase their business, and the benefits of working there, to interested candidates. HAI will in turn be targeting job seekers to register their details on the website by undergoing a detailed Google Adwords and social media campaign over the next few weeks.

As a registered employer with Hardware Jobs you get:

• Unlimited job postings per year
• Access to a pool of candidates actively seeking work in the hardware sector, who you can filter by location, skills and category
• Admin access to update your company and vacancy details and monitor job applications.

Regular cost for the above is €100/year, but as part of our launch we are pleased to offer this to HAI members for FREE for the remainder of 2018.
