By the end of this 90-minute Zoom-based workshop, participants will be able to:

• Identify practical ways to use email marketing within a hardware business
• Build and manage an email list in line with GDPR requirements
• Create and send a simple promotional email campaign
• Develop relevant content for trade customers, retail customers and seasonal promotions
• Review basic campaign results and identify improvements for future emails

• Building and segmenting email lists for trade and retail customers
• GDPR essentials for collecting and managing customer information
• Creating an effective email campaign using Mailchimp
• Writing clear subject lines, product content and calls to action
• Tracking opens, clicks and customer responses
