HAI’s Autumn Classroom Training Schedule is launched

HAI has this week launched its Autumn 2018 classroom training schedule with courses tailored specifically to the needs of hardware retailers, merchants, agri-businesses and suppliers.

The newly launched schedule sees the return of popular courses including Credit Control, Stock Control and Digital Marketing & Social Media, and the introduction of new courses including workshops on Wood Flooring, Telesales, Merchandising and Manual Handling. The newly added courses come from continued feedback from HAI’s members, as training and development in soft skills (sales and customer service) and Product Knowledge stand out as key objectives.
